You Too Can Be an Awesome Bag Lady!

‘Fess up, people!  What is the state of affairs down yonder underneath your kitchen sink? Whoa up!  I was only asking rhetorically; please don’t paint that sad mental picture for me, I have enough of my own heap-o-mess to deal with in that scary place!  Luckily for all of us, Jenifer M. of Cache Valley, Utah, spied the perfect solution to her under-the-sink-grocery-bag-buildup problem while she was strolling through Pinterest.  I think this is brilliant! Totally a PROP!

Jenifer writes: “I saw the coolest idea on Pinterest, and instantly a light bulb went off in my head. I even told my husband about this idea and he said ‘Now, maybe you can organize under the sink. It’s getting a little out of control under there.’ It’s true, it was out of control. We store all of our old grocery sacks under the sink, right behind the garbage can. (Kind of stinky and disgusting, if you want to know the truth.) We also go through container after container of Clorox wipes at our house (obviously not to clean under the sink with!), so I knew it wouldn’t take me too long to have a container to practice with. This is what I came up with. It took me about 20 minutes all in all to complete, but I was using used grocery sacks that I had to flatten and fold. I know that Target (and Walmart too) will give you brand spanking new grocery sacks, if they were asked. These would be perfect for the car or boat.”

I just betcha Jenifer’s space under her kitchen sink looks bunches better than yours or mine now that she uses this cool organizing idea!  Um, heh, heh, I suppose I should speak for myself.  Let’s try that again: I just betcha Jenifer’s space under her kitchen sink looks bunches better than MINE (but yours probably looks stellar) now that she uses this cool organizing idea! Go here to see the original pin that lit a fire under the super-organized-under-her-kitchen-sink-unlike-me (*frowny face*) Jenifer!
